Flying Bridge's Yellowfin sales team was working from a raw 241-lead prospect list with no prioritization. I built a weighted scoring model factoring net worth, income, proximity to a Flying Bridge location, seniority, and other intent signals to rank leads into tiers the sales team could actually work through.
