Context
South Peak is a resort community in Lincoln NH near Loon Mountain, with an affiliated real estate arm. The work spans paid acquisition, tracking infrastructure, website development, and a bespoke MLS integration for the real estate site.
What I built
- ·Google Ads campaign rebuild (Alpine Drive + Fireside structures) and Meta Ads under Housing Special Ad Category
- ·Conversion tracking plumbing via GTM and HubSpot forms
- ·MLS import configuration with custom PHP auto-tagging for South Peak streets
- ·WordPress development: CSS fixes, gallery grouping, custom JS snippets via WPCode
