Context
Keolis operates the MBTA commuter rail network serving the Boston metro area. The Digital Solutions team builds internal software that helps operations, maintenance, and customer service teams do their jobs more efficiently.
What I did
- ·Engineered and tested internal software solutions, consolidating multi-source datasets and implementing automation to optimize workflows and accelerate adoption
- ·Designed and deployed digital system enhancements for the transit authority, leveraging Python and SQL to develop tools, analyze data, and power data-driven decisions
- ·Collaborated across divisions to execute system rollouts, deliver technical training, and translate user requirements into scalable, maintainable applications
